Orders require production before shipment. Estimated total delivery is approximately 4–10 business days within the United States and 10–30 business days for international destinations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is normally emailed after dispatch.

The production facility may vary depending on the product, availability and destination, so items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. Producing items on demand also helps reduce unnecessary finished inventory and overproduction.

Most products are made after your order is placed, so delivery time includes both production and shipping. Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and time of year.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping charges depend on your destination, products and order size. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. Orders shipping within the United States qualify for free shipping when the order subtotal is over $80.

Eligible return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning anything, as items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many products enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started. Please check your style, color, size and address carefully before completing checkout.
Turn the garment inside out and machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron directly over the printed design.
