Each item is made to order, so we cannot normally accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, fit preferences, or changing your mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 30 days with your order number and clear photographs. Approved claims will receive an appropriate replacement or refund. Please contact us before returning anything.
Orders require production before shipment. Estimated total delivery is approximately 4–10 business days within the United States and 10–30 business days for international destinations. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is normally emailed after dispatch.

Every item is made especially for your order by one of our trusted production partners. After you order, your selected garment is printed, quality-checked, packaged and shipped. The production facility may vary depending on the product, availability and destination, so items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. Producing items on demand also helps reduce unnecessary finished inventory and overproduction.

Our products are fulfilled and shipped from facilities in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, depending on product availability and your delivery address. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and selected European countries. Most products are made after your order is placed, so delivery time includes both production and shipping. Estimated delivery dates are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and time of year.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping charges depend on your destination, products and order size. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment. Orders shipping within the United States qualify for free shipping when the order subtotal is over $70.
Please check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. Sizing can differ between T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and other styles. For the best comparison, measure a similar garment you already own and compare it with our chart.
Eligible return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us before returning anything, as items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Because many products enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started. Please check your style, color, size and address carefully before completing checkout.
Turn the garment inside out and machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron directly over the printed design.
